Würtsbier (Colonial Ale) – 4.2% ABV Brewed in honor of 1825—molasses, pine, and a touch of history.
Snapping Branches (Birch Cream Ale) – 5.7% ABV
We take our classic cream ale, add birch harvested from the farm, and finish it with a splash of vanilla to create something magical. It’s like an adult cream soda meets birch beer — smooth, lightly sweet, and refreshingly nostalgic.
