Two Farms Brewing & Winterton Farms
Welcome to our Adult Egg Hunt. Please read the following rules, waiver, and event policies carefully before registering. By purchasing a ticket, registering, and/or participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility
This event is strictly for adults age 21 and over.
All participants must:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in
- Complete registration and acknowledgment of these rules and policies
Anyone unable to provide valid ID will not be permitted to participate.
2. Ticket Policy
- Adult Egg Hunt tickets are non-refundable
- No cash refunds will be issued for any reason
- Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by event organizers
- The event may be held rain, mud, or shine, unless organizers determine conditions are unsafe
If the event must be canceled or significantly changed by organizers, Two Farms Brewing and Winterton Farms reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy, if any.
3. Participation Rules
To keep the event safe and enjoyable for everyone, participants agree to the following:
- Follow all instructions from event staff at all times
- Stay within designated event areas only
- No running, pushing, shoving, grabbing, or other unsafe conduct
- No physical contact or aggressive behavior toward other participants
- Participants may collect eggs for themselves only
- No tampering with eggs, prize markers, hunt areas, or event materials
- No early entry into the hunt area
- Staff decisions regarding rules, prizes, and conduct are final
Two Farms Brewing and Winterton Farms reserve the right to remove any participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
4. Alcohol Policy
This event may include alcoholic beverages.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree:
- Alcohol will only be served to individuals age 21+ with valid ID
- You are responsible for your own alcohol consumption and behavior
- Intoxicated, impaired, or disruptive participants may be denied service or removed from the event without refund
- Two Farms Brewing and Winterton Farms encourage all guests to drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation if needed
Participation in the event is not conditioned on consuming alcohol.
5. Assumption of Risk
This is an outdoor recreational event taking place on active farm and brewery property. By participating, you understand that conditions may include, but are not limited to:
- Uneven ground
- Mud, grass, gravel, or wet surfaces
- Holes, roots, rocks, and natural obstacles
- Slippery areas
- Changes in weather
- Contact with other participants
- General risks associated with walking outdoors on farm or event grounds
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the Adult Egg Hunt, including the risk of slips, falls, collisions, property damage, personal injury, or other loss.
You understand and agree that you are participating at your own risk.
6. Release of Liability
By registering for and participating in this event, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:
Two Farms Brewing, Winterton Farms, and each of their owners, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, affiliates, and event partners
from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in the event, including but not limited to claims involving personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or accident, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Hold Harmless / Indemnification
By participating, you further agree to hold harmless and indemnify Two Farms Brewing and Winterton Farms from and against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your actions, conduct, or participation during the event.
8. Prizes
- Eggs may contain prize slips, discounts, or promotional items
- Prizes are subject to availability
- Prizes may not be exchanged for cash
- Lost, stolen, damaged, or unclaimed prizes may not be replaced
- Organizers reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary
- All prize decisions are final
9. Footwear, Clothing & Safety
Participants are strongly encouraged to wear:
- Closed-toe shoes or boots
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Footwear suitable for uneven or muddy ground
Participants are responsible for dressing appropriately for the environment and weather conditions.
10. Photo & Media Release
By attending and participating in this event, you grant permission to Two Farms Brewing and Winterton Farms to photograph, film, or otherwise capture your likeness during the event and to use those images or recordings for marketing, advertising, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff upon arrival. While reasonable efforts may be made, complete avoidance cannot be guaranteed in a public event setting.
11. Right to Refuse Participation
Two Farms Brewing and Winterton Farms reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participant at their discretion for:
- Failure to meet age or ID requirements
- Unsafe behavior
- Harassment or misconduct
- Intoxication or impairment
- Failure to follow event rules or staff instructions
Removal from the event for these reasons will not result in a refund.
12. Agreement
By registering for the Adult Egg Hunt, you acknowledge that:
- You are 21 years of age or older
- You have read and understand these rules and policies
- You understand tickets are non-refundable and no cash refunds will be issued
- You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk
- You agree to release and hold harmless Two Farms Brewing and Winterton Farms from liability related to your participation
